What are our rental requirements?
  • You must be 25 years old or older.
  • You must have a valid drivers license.
  • You must provide us with a matching valid credit card.
  • You must have full coverage auto insurance.
  • You must have no driving violations, restrictions or similar infractions.
Can I see the vehicle in advance?
  • Potential clients are more than welcome to view our cars by appointment. This courtesy is extended upon verification of driver’s license and auto insurance.
Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit is required. The amount is dependent upon your desired car of choice and cost per day. The security deposit is due at the time of reservation and will be refunded within 24-72 hours upon return and after full review of the vehicle.

What is the cancelation policy?
  • All reservations made within 7 days from the start of the Rental Period are final. No refunds will be given for cancellation of reservations within 7 days from the start of the Rental Period. No refunds will be given for unused days. Rentals made at least 9 days in advance of the start of the Rental Period are fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Rentals cancelled after 24 hours from booking and with a Rental Period starting at least 8 days before the Rental Period, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the security deposit.
Is auto insurance required?
  • Yes, we require full coverage insurance to rent any vehicle from our fleet.
Can there be multiple drivers if I rent a car from the fleet?
  • Yes, each additional driver must be over the age of 25 and must provide us with a valid driver’s license and full coverage insurance.
Can I drive my rental anywhere?

Rentals must stay in the state of Florida, unless approved by us prior to booking.

How many miles are allowed with the rental?
  • Each reservation comes with 100 miles per day. Anything over has an additional cost which varies by vehicle. Reach out to us for specific per mile pricing.
What happens if I receive a ticket while I was driving or had the car?

The renter is responsible for all tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is in your possession. The renter is responsible for any and all penalties, fees, towing charges, or impound costs.

Do you rent cars to international clients?

Yes! vehicles are available to rent to international visitors provided they have a valid passport and driver’s license from their home country and full coverage insurance based in the U.S. If you do not have insurance, contact us for help with your booking.

Is there a minimum of days required for rentals?

There is a 2 day minimum on weekends and Holidays.
